Monster Mansion

MONSTER MANSION is an alt-pop/electronica band that replaces traditional music videos with videogames. Each single and album comes with an original videogame inspired by the lyrics, and the songs become the soundtrack to the game. MONSTER MANSION is the brainchild of singer/songwriter, music producer, and game developer Jacob Leaney. Jacob has previously worked with artists such as Jet and Tina Arena, and on games such as We Happy Few VR (Compulsion Games) and Afterlife VR (Signal Space Lab). MONSTER MANSION takes influence from Nintendo games, K-Pop artists like Twice and BTS, and bands such as Paramore and CHVRCHES. The debut single from MONSTER MANSION is called 'HUMAN RIGHTS' was written in response to the Australian same-sex marriage vote in 2017, and is accompanied by an interactive lyric videogame where the listener discovers objects and scenes related to self expression. 'HUMAN RIGHTS' will be released on April 5th 2019.
